Terms of Payment
We require a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your catering within 48 hours of the order being placed either by Credit Card using our Catering Form or by calling (942) 859-4572.
The remaining balance will be due the day before the event.

Cancellation
If you cancel your order 14 Days prior to the date of your event, we will refund 50% of your deposit
.
If you cancel your order with less than 14 Days, we will refund you 25% of your deposit

If you cancel your order with less than 4 Days, no refund will be returned.

If for any reason* we are unable to provide you with your Catering Order and we give you a notice of less than 72 hours (3 days), your deposit will be refunded in full , plus we will give you a monetary  compensation equal to 40% of the  Total Cost of your Catering order and this is the only compensation that you will receive and no further compensations can be claimed.
 
* If we fail to provide you with your Catering Order for reasons beyond our control (i.e. natural disaster, fire, earthquakes, robbery etc.), we will refund your deposit, but no compensation will be given.

TO AVOID THE RISK OF FOOD BORN ILLNESS,  LEFT OVER FOOD SHOULD NOT BE REFRIGERETAED AND CONSUMED AT A LATER TIME.  THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND WE AT SALVATORE CUCINA ITALIANA,
STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DISPOSE OF ANY LEFT OVER FOOD.
WE CAN NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY FOOD BORN ILLNESS CAUSED BY EATING LEFT OVER FOOD.
